Maybe I'm missing something but there used to be a thread / site where it explained in detail the step by step set up of the different tremelos. Can anyone point me in that direction?

There used to be one here that I really liked. IBANEZ RULES does have alot of detail in different areas, however the other info showed the different angles in prospective with the various types. I kept the link in my favorites however it's no longer available. If some still has the info it would be great to repost. I believe it was a sticky
