Can anyone recommend me a tech from the North East of England to fix my guitar for me.

I have tried all ways to make it playable the way I want it (and the way my Jackson ATX is) but it's just a bitch. First of all I can't lower the action very far without all the strings buzzing out and also can't raise my pickups any higher to the strings, even when pressing the string down on the 24th fret the distance between the bridge pickup and the string must be around 6 or 7mm.

well, maybe you can checkout www.ibanezrules.com in the tech section. it's good to know this stuff since guitars tend to need adjustments now and then.

I bought a brand-new 1570 a couple of years back and i had similar action problems.
I had a lot of trouble with the Edge-Pro trem too.
I went through all the set-up advice on the 'Ibanezrules' tech page and still couldn't get it to play how it should have.
I ended up selling it shortly afterwards.I was a bit gutted by the whole thing really as it was a beautiful looking guitar but just too problematic.

'Machinehead' is supposed to be a good place for set-ups and stuff apparently.

Yea Machinehead is the place, I've had a few guitars there for a fret dress, good place, lots of guitars to perv over.
