Ibanez SAT Bridge Intonation

Could somebody please explain how to intonate these things? It's the older SAT bridge, not the new SAT Pro.

There is the usual long screw that comes from the back of the bridge and into the saddle and also another black screw that goes through the top of the saddle seemingly locking the back half of the saddle down.

Turning the longer screw, which you would normally expect to move the saddle back and forth, does nothing. However, if I remove the black screw, the string will pull sharp or flat but once tuned to pitch, the intonation still remains out.

The saddle is supposedly in two pieces for tuning stability but the front piece will not budge.

Please help
