Ibanez tech in Phoenix

Does anyone know of a good tech / luthier that specializes in Ibanez or double locking guitar setups in the Phoenix area? I have a 540RLTD that needs a good fret level. Thanks

I've heard (from a member of this forum) that Billy O'Reilly from B & D Guitar Repair is really good.
