intonation
I brought my guitar for a setup recently.
I usually tune the guitar and check that the open strings and the 12th note on each string are the same.
I check on my 22nd fret for the first time today and noticed a huge difference (open E and 12th fret = E but 22nd fret = Db for instance)
to me it means the guy didnt do his job properly.
Am I right?
Shall I bring him the guitar back so he can fix that?
thanks

Re: intonation
If open E &12fret =E then yes the 22nd fret should = C#/Db
only at the 24th fret should be E again.

Re: intonation
hi,
shouldnt the 22nd be D instead of Db ? (like on the 10th fret)
at 22nd fret this is the setup:
1 = D (correct)
2 = A (correct)
3 = "approximately" F (correct)
4 = C (correct)
5 = G# (not correct)
6 = Db (not correct)
poor job??
