intonation problem

hey guys. its my rg1570, something isn't right with it. i have set the intonation up how it says on just about every guide, 12th fret harmonic to the same pitch as the 12 fretted note. its perfect on my guitar tuner aswell.
the thing is when i play higher than the 12th fret the notes start going flat the further up the fretboard you get. on the 24th fret it sounds 1/2 a step down. it only happens on the top end strings (G, B and e) aswell. have i set my intonation up wrong or is there something wrong with my guitar?

Also, do a quick search around for intonation stuff. Rich has commented on one of these kinds of threads that he does things a little differently from what's on the site as well, although if you follow those steps you'll still be a step ahead of where you are now.
