When you change strings (one by one) is it normal to tweak the stuff (the 2 screws inside) if the trem raises, do you guys often have to do this?

The "2 screws inside" reference sounds like you're describing the small set screws in the trem posts. These should not be affected by a simple string change. I have never had the need to adjust them at all.

If they weren't snugged up to begin with, reset your bridge hight after you change strings and snug them back up.

I think he might mean the actual screws in the trem cavity on the back of the guitar. The one with the 3 springs attached, yeah? for a floyd rose?

in short, no. Don't adjust these when changing strings. Only adjust once you've changed all the strings (one by one if you want), and tuned each one to pitch.

If the bridge isn't sitting right, then adjust the screws and retune. Check the tech setup section of this site. There's plenty of articles there on this.

Nope, just cahnge all the strings one by one and leave the stup alone! You don't need to tweak anything if the guityar plays fine before you change strings. Once you've put all the strings on and stretched them in, then it's time to start messing about with the setup if you need to.

Fiddling with the screws inside the trem cavity, while changing strings is only going to screw up your setup. Have a look at the tech area on the site and that should tell you exactly what to do..

I always use .009s now and tremolo angle never changes when I change strings. But years ago I used to switch between .008 to .009 often and I had to readjust the tremolo when I did that.

If your guitar is setup right and you are not changing to different string gauges, you won't need to do the tweak.
