Jem 555 Action - J555

Hi there everybody. i am new to the forum and to setting up guitars.... so please be patient.
I would like to ask how can i lower the action of my J555 since the technician didnt do it for me. Please someone reply. Thanks

thanks for the reply. I have located the tech setup info, but the thing is that i do not know the technical terms of what i am supposed to do. could you direct me to the exact article of the component i will have to mess with to lower the strings? Thanks

Take a properly sized wrench and turn the trem posts clockwise to lower the action. Check your tuning and check for buzz.
2mm at 12th fret on Low E
1.5mm at 12th fret on High E
