JEM7DBK finish?

Does some of you guy's here know what kind of technique I should use to make a finish like the 7DBK on one of my guitars !?

There's a tutorial for it on projectguitar.com's forum, done by LGM Guitars. Do a search- you'll find it. If memory serves correctly, the finish is black paint mixed with epoxy, but check it out.
