Knifes on edge.

I have a Rg 550ltd in silver sand finish that I believe was made between 02-03.
I believe I either have bad knife edges or bad studs because if i move the bar a little it becomes noticeably flat or sharp, any help on this subject.?

Pucker Up :P

I think it says somewhere on that page to turn your studs 180 degrees and apply some. I used a Q-Tip just because it is a tad more controlled but fingers or other tools should work. Richs site recs a dab.

Well the guitar was purchased used, but the trem and guitar has so little wear i doubt it is the knifes, but if i do a complete dive the 6th string goes pretty flat.

the 6th string's saddle might need some intonation adjustment...

Re: Knifes on edge.

If I push the bar down a little they go flat, and if i want to make it kinda neutral again i have to pull up and vice-versa.
