lever switch pressure adjustment

aside from ibanez's terrible placement of the volume and switch, my 5 way lever takes an ungodly amount of force to move positions. i was curious if anyone knows any good ways to lessen the pressure or could recommend a good 5 way lever switch ? 3 way might work too as im looking at putting actives in my new BRMR.

Re: lever switch pressure adjustment

I would grab a new switch from stewmac. Like you said, a 3 way will work with the actives. Ibanez switches are often sealed so you can't do much to them anyway. The Ibanez "superswitch" that comes on many JEMS and Prestige models is a wiring nightmare so you will want to replace it anyway.
