ok, so i have my JS100 which has an
edge III in it, the edge III is being extremely difficult to tune and won't stay in tune. the store i bought it from said that "although there is no warranty, there is an implied moral warranty on it." so i plan on taking it in, saying the tremolo system won't hold it's tuning, and request that a different model trem be installed.
now i was wondering, do liscensed FR's, being liscensed use the same routing dimensons of the original?
also, i have read previous threads on this forum about Original Floyd Roses fitting in an edge III route, but it wasn't exactly clear. will the
OFR just drop in without any route? are there any cheaper liscensed (but still good quality) trems that will just drop into an edge III route?
