Lo Pro Edge Trem Post Question

If I lower the trem post until it can't go any lower, and the action is still high, does it mean that I need to shim the neck? I loosened the stud lock, but the post will not go any lower.

Thanx,
Peter

i can't believe! Glenny didn't close the thread! oh well... he's daddy now!

Peter,
try to loose the Stud Locks again, cause you never know when they're completely 'retired'.
after this, if the posts still wont go lower, put the shim.

in any case, you shouldn't have the posts as lower as the trem baseplate touches the wood where the posts are screwed in. this way the trem baseplate wont have room enough to get tilted upward/downward.
