It's like regular Cosmo but it has a matte finish. The hardware on the RG3120 is Powder Cosmo, if you're familiar with that guitar. Here's a Powder Cosmo knob.

so my 2570 has regular cosmo i guess, powder looks like the same hardware on a jemvsbl?

V - Vintage
V - Vai
VS - Vintage Silver
They're all the same and why there are 3 different codes and names only Ibanez can answer.
