Lo-TRS in ZR route?

I've got a Lo-TRS from a RG470, and I'm looking at a S470 body on ****.. The S470's came with ZR Trems, but the route looks like it could fit in my Lo-TRS. I wanted to check in and see if it could work or not. I tried to run a search, but most of the stuff I got back was Lo-TRS vs Edge III so sorry if this has been posted before.

Yes, that's what I'm asking.. I'm thinking it won't but the holes for the studs look like it could work, but I can't make it out from the picture

Re: Lo-TRS in ZR route?

Besides, NOTHING else will fit even close. I have worked on all of the Ibanez trems and the routing for the ZR is very different and the stud spacing is completely different. If it had a ZR, that is the only bridge for that body. You could sell the body and wait for another older S470 that is routed for a TRS(but I would install an original Floyd or mod it for an Edge as the TRS bridges are just not worth all the work. I also agree that a properly setup ZR is a great trem.

Re: Lo-TRS in ZR route?

Hmm, thought I'd ask anyway.. I owned a S520EX which had the ZR trem and I've experienced how unbelieveably amazing they are.. I'd buy one, but I can hardly find one on e-b4y at all.

they show up on the bay but I think your Ibanez dealer could order one at a better price.
