looking for a custom neck with vine

A friend of mine is looking of get a custom made ibanez style neck with vine inlay work done. Does anybody know anyone good who could make one? He's emailed legacy one and called twice but no reply.

Jaden is a member here and does work in the U.K I believe....A hem.....I mean, VERY nice work.
As far as others, Christopher Woods does nice necks but I believe he's shot himself in the foot by either taking on too much, or just not getting things out in a timely manner.....
