Loose whammy bar(/tremolo arm) - Can I fix it permanently?
I used the
tremolo arm
pretty much and it got a little to loose for my taste, I got a tip on how to solve the problem by using nailpaint(right word?) behind the plastic things(rings) on the tremolo arm, it works now but for how long?? I have a pair of extras but I would want to save them for "emergency"!
How long will the method Iīm using now hold?
Are there better ways?
Permanent fix?

I've never understood why people do that when a bag of 12 bushings is cheap and easy to get.

That would be excellent but "easy to get"? Iīve never seen them here in sweden, Iīd love to have that many!!

I'm sure it's something your distributor would stock, you only need a dealer to order them. If they don't, it's a global market. Click on that swirly banner up top, I hear he stocks them

Hey, Rich, I like a whammytrick that I heard Petrucci uses which is called the tiger claw, you hit the whammy at the same time you play a note, it sounds very cool...it canīt hurt the bridge can it?? I hit it very gentle, just enough for a small vibration but itīs still pretty quick....
I have my first double
locking bridge
and I "over-use" it, but hey itīs fun!
