Lose input socket

I have a RG570, and have recently noticed that the input socket dosnt have any grip on a lead at all. With various different leads they all just seem to wiggle their way out after the slightly of movement.
Is this common ? How could i rectify this?

In my experience, the cylindrical input jacks that Ibanez use aren't very easy to fix once they become loose. On standard Strat jacks, you can simply bend the contact from the inside to make the connection tighter. But...the Ibanez jacks are completely enclosed. As far as I know, the only real solution is to replace the jack...sounds like it's just worn out.

Sounds like you might have a good shot at getting a warranty replacement jack. I'd inquire with the shop that you bought the guitar at. It's definitely not "normal" for a new jack to be that loose-in fact, I've found most new jacks to be almost too snug.
