LR BAGGS PIEZO PRE-MOD QUESTION

I am looking into getting the T-bridge( tune-o-matic) from LR Baggs and i was wondering what, if any, modifications to the guitar are there for installing it in my guitar. I can seem to find any information out there about it, not even thier website. It just has the installation procedure for the strat trem replacement that they offer.

I was wondering what you guys think and if it would be worth getting.

i have been wanting a piezo bridge for the longest time, until i have the money saved up to buy the john petrucci model from ernie ball. Its not like im a petrucci nut or anything but i just dig his guitar setup. No really, It works for my style and i just want to mod my guitar up like his till i can afford his signature model. So thanks again guys,

God bless,

TOny

the piezo systems are gonna require drilling to get the wires into the control cavity. lrbaggs.com has their manuals available for download, so i would look at those to get any info that you need. i am gonna buy an x-bridge for my robin ranger and luckily for me i can drill in the trem cavity so the cosmetics are not affected.
if you want a good piezo, get the rg620x, those are pretty cheap used. like around $300-500 used. its essentially what JPs rig would have been if he had stuck with ibanez. i personally have the rg2120x, lots of bells and whistles, but the rg620x is a simpler version...actually more JP like in the end.
