i wonder if you make any repair or mod before to your guitar it seems to be its wired like a vol pot or It's capicor is broken and working as a "shortcut" in itself..now check the wiring and it shoulbe like this...if everythig is normal replace the tone capitor with regular 0,022 mf or 22 nf capacitor...
