Minor Problem on New RG1570MRB

I have been playing my new RG1570MRB a lot and I can get pinch harmonics perfectly all over the neck, except on the 13th fret of the G string. I know everyone is going to tell me that the frets need to be leveled to fix it, but is there any way to fix this problem without having to have all of the frets leveled? It's only this one note that I cannot get a pinch harmonic on(took me a couple of weeks to notice). The pinch harmonic fades out right after I hit it.

Other than that, I wouldn't worry about it too much. I have a few frets that don't produce pinch harmonics on my guitar.

I tried raising the action, it didn't do a thing.

yea, change the strings, or change the spot you pinch harmonics in that string. frets aren't the culprit.
