Looks great! Wish this technique was more common when the older Jems were being made. they would look even more amazing.

nah, I didn't come up with it, I wish I was that clever.

you are producing some great results! the colors are solid, I really like it, and coupled with your swirls/paint, it is going to be killer! again, great job! and keep up the good work.

hey andrewsfury, how well would it work if you powdercoated an old pitted Edge tremolo?
The edge from the RG I'm working on is in pretty rough shape, and I'm wondering if it could be restored. what do you think?

This is what it looks like now:

I had an Edge Pro like that. I polished it with Auto-sol metal polish and it came up looking almost new and chrome.

yeah i can hook that up for you.
i sand the pieces anyway to a smooth finish.

the main thing is i try to stay away from the part of the saddles that holds the strings but i take the saddles apart and coat the front end.

i can polish the part that holds the string though.

Man, I wish I had something I that needs coating............. your stuff is turning out awesome man.

Wait, I have a ratty-ass OE set that could be done in black (it original color). That would be pretty cool. Feel like doing the whole set (trem, nut, tree, and tuners)?? I'd happily pay for that!!!!

I'd use it on my RG750 build (Thinking of painting it Hugger Orange)

I'd just want to do black on the hardware. Come to think of it, I need some black hardware for a swirl I'm getting later in the year............ wink, wink.
