Mother of Pearl inlays?

Is it possible to remove the perloid leaves on a JEM7vwh and have them changed to mother of pearl?

I live in Ireland so that site probably won't suit. I'll look towards an Irish equivelent. Thanks for the answer. Has anyone tried it though?
