My amp is sick

So my amp is sick, it's an ashdown fallen angel all-tube head. It's turning on fine, but producing very little volume and the clean channel is distorted, normally it's not at all. And the dirty channel is a little dirtier. Power tube's are lighting up like normal.

I was wondering if anyone could guess what's wrong from the symptoms I'm describing. Could it be a trasformer problem? If so I have a back up head I can use if I have to, but I'd rather not shelf this head if it's simply a preamp tube or something moderately inexpensive to have looked at and repaired.

What really sucks is I just recovered the box about a week ago with some camo material, and was about to get around to recovering the faces, but then this started happening.

And help, suggestions, or advice will be greatly appreciated!
