Neck for a RG550LTD Body? - Which necks will fit?

I managed to pick up an RG550LTD body a little while ago as my first stage of building my ideal guitar. Was quiet a result to find that that model was originaly fitted with the Lo-Pro which save's me some routing work. It has the AANJ and now I've got to find a neck for it. As far as I know it originaly had the super wizard neck profile. Can anyone tell me what others guitars have this neck so I don't go buying the wrong one. I've seen a rg320 AANJ neck for sale but I don't know as that will fit.

as far as I know, ANY neck with AANJ should fit. they are all made standart at the heel

Thats what I originaly thought but I've seen AANJ necks with an overlap at the body end where the fretboard goes past the end of the maple? I suspect those ones are from SSH configs.

no, that would be the number of frets. since the scale length (25.5" ) has to be maintained, 24-fret necks go past the joint

:bow: I apologize, I was mistaken. The neck I saw with the overhang wasnt aanj, it was the square fitting type. Thanks for the Info guy's.
