neck pocket problem with jem body

About one month ago I order a jem body (old neck neck join like the 777) from Legacy One Guitars but the neck pocket is too small to fit my old RG550 neck. Is there any luthier in Singapore who can fit this problem?

No buddy, it's a 1990 RG550 neck made by luthiers from FujiGen

Anyway after I get this problem fix I'm gonna paint the body fluorescent blue and fluorescent pink at the lion claw but my friend told me to apply zinsser SealCoat before the painting process however I'm not sure about it any recommendations?
