Neck thickening
has anyone ever tried to thicken his neck by sticking a thicker fretboard to it and sanding the neckjoint heel (on the neck, not on the body)?
i'm guessing you'd have to sand the back of the headstock as well, and add a thicker veener on the top of it in order to keep the same tuner height.
