You'll have to slacken them off quite a bit then get some needle nosed pliers and lift the hooped end over the hook very carefully, if you slip you damage the body. Let the spring relax first don't try to do it all in one movement. Re-establish grip and hook it over the hook nearer the centre. Try leaving
trem arm in, turning it 180 so it sticks out the back and press down a little on it so it slackens the strings even more if necessary.
