New Neck for a Rg350dx

i am looking to buy a new neck for my 350dx. i played a newer model, upper rg and the neck is much slimmer. which i really liked. however, i was having a hard time finding topics good or bad about changing the necks. also, who is a recommended company for buying such parts. i couldnt really find alot of stuff...mainly, used stuff on ****.....of which i would prefer new\

You could get a new neck made to your specs by Jeremy at LGM and Eddie at EKG. It would cost you a bit, but they look very nice. However, they are not original Ibanez necks.

it seems neither company is doing this type of stuff at the moment. i looked at a couple of other places but they dont do they ibanez style head. i would prefer to keep this style of headstock. i dont want anything fancy, just ebony finger, no inlays and a white headstck..

any other suggestions
