newb question about 7 string floyd tuning

hey guys, i recently changed my string from '9 to '10, and now the saddle of the bridge is pointed up and its really uncomfortable. i wonder how did you guys fix this? i tried screwing in the tremolo springs on the back, it does not help.

thanks

you mean the "tail" of the bridge is pointed up? add a spring in the back. you probably have 3 now: unscrew them a bit and go to 4.

Sounds like it. Another spring needed.

And if you don't know what you're doing with a floyd setup, send it to a decent tech, otherwise you can kiss your intonation, your action and your temper goodbye. I've even managed (somehow) to make my whole bridge come flying out of the guitar.

Sounds like you need to setup the guitar.
There are great tutorials in jemsite.com as well as ibanezrules.com.
