No sound.. uh oh

Okay, i've got a JCRG 1702 it has a H H configuration with a 5 way toggle.

Now my guitar worked fine last week and then the volume and tone pots became quite loose, however it was fine for about 2/3 days and then suddenly i plugged in my guitar and got no sound at all.
I figured maybe it was something to do with the knobs being loose, so i tightened them but no dice i'm afraid. So i've come to a conclusion that there could be a pickup wire loose somewhere. Neither pickups work. I haven't taken the back off and had a look yet as i am definately no expert at guitar electronics.

There is a local store i can take it to for repairs however i use my guitar every day for music college! Any suggestions guys? Much appreciated

Pull off the back plate and see if you can locate a wire that is not connected.

EDIT: Okay found 2 loose wires, a white and a black one. When i touch the white one to the metal part under the toggle switch I get sound ! Not sure what the black one is for... I guess i need to solder it ?

Get a wiring diagram from Ibanez website and it will show you where the wires should be soldered.

WTF, how old are you, 2? Get a tire iron if they're that tight, he,he,he.... of course you need to solder those wires, although if I were you I'd be really careful not to set the guitar on fire when soldering.....
