Non-Radius'd Nut and Lo-Pro...

Where or how would I go about getting a non-radius'd locking nut?
What can I do to de-radius my Lo-pro saddles?
Could I have them slightly machined to be all exactly uniform without any problems?

Why would you want to do that? Are you planning on having your fretboard planed flat?
