Nuts?
Has anyone tried using a
graphite nut
or a roller nut on an edge equiped guitar? I know they won't stay in tune like a
locking nut
but will they stay in tune at all? for minor bends and stuff? And how do they effect the sound if at all?

Go check out the forum on Carvin's web site. Their standard setup is
Wilkinson trem
& graphite nut, and the general concensus is that it feels & sounds great for anything except heavy Vai-esque abuse.
