Old Style Monkey Grip

Does anyone have a template, or measurements, for the old style monkey grip? I'm thinking about trying a few things here, and I figure this would be one of the easier mods to do.

Wrong grip, I fear. I take it you are refering to the one like on the PBK?

LonePhantom- I appreciate the help , but I guess I should have been more specific. Jammy is correct- I do mean the grip, like on the PBK, and RB.
