Original Floyd Rose or Floyd Rose Pro?

I currently have a Lo-TR-II floyd Rose on my Ibanez S371QS and it's been giving me a lot of problems latley so I though why not change the Floyd Rose all together I've read that the on i currently have is terrible and I read that inorder for me to install an Edge or Lo-Pro involves me alter the guitar which is something I cant do....so I was wondering which is better for staying in tune and all the Original Floyd Rose or the Floyd Rose Pro? and does installing one of these involve me having to alter the guitar at all

Thanks

The Original Floyd should go in with no mods, the Floyd "Pro" will need the rear cavity(where you pull up) deepened..

I'd say they are equal at staying in tune. I prefer the PRO for comfort, much like the Edge LoPro. He's right, the recessed route would need to be deeper. I did mine myself on my Strat with a dremel. It isn't pretty but you can't see the hack work when the trem is installed.

You wont lose any technique honestly if you go with the original and the change will be reversible if you want to sell the guitar later and keep your high dollar parts
