Pick guard for a RBM...?

Hi there

Does anybody know where one can get hold of a gold pick guard for an RBM?

If not, the gold on mine has started to come off, how can it be 'put back on'?

I don't suppose it's as easy as spraying gold paint back on!??

Cheers

It's been awhile since I had my RBM2NT's, but I'm fairly sure that the pickguards were plastic, not metal. So...plating one wouldn't really work since plating involves molten metal. I could be mistaken though....far too many guitars have come and gone since I had the Voyagers.
