Pickguard help

So, I just bought a project RG770DXLB, and it's already got a black aftermarket pickguard, I want to fill that single coil slot so its just H/H.
Any ideas how to fill it in?

Get an H-H pickguard...... or if the budget is really low, black tape.

Yeah, I would get one from the USA, but the australian dollar is just soo low, nothing is worth buying overseas.
I was thinking maybe just some sort of filling for plastics. and just stick something behind the single coil slot and fill over it with nail glue, then just spray the thing?
think it'd work?

What about an extra tremolo springs cover (or whatever spare you have laying around that's the same color) cut out to a rectangle. And then just glue it underneath where the single coil would go.
