PLATING AN EDGE OR OFR
has anyone tried a plating kit for metal to get the desired effect they want on a trem? i found a site that has plating kits from nickel plating, black nickel plating and even black oxide plating which looks like the cosmo finish. if you think that it will affect the part due to coating it very thick, think again. i read on the website that it plates at 0.0005". if anyone has tried one of these or if anyone is going to try one, please let me know how it turns out!
