Post your ghetto modifications, No shame here, lets see them

Ok I got this tele and I like the twang of the bridge pickup, but couldnt stand the neck pickup in it.. So I had a humbucker laying around and well I went at it.. haha

This entire process from cutting the pickguard to, routing the wood was done with a dremel.. surprisingly it doesnt look bad besides a ring on a pickguard, But hey this sucker screams now.. I can see it gettin alot of play..

Anyways post some pics or storys of your ghetto mods you have done..

I don't have any pics, but I scalloped the fretboard on a squier strat I got when I first started playing. I got bored one day and went at the space between the highest and second highest fret with a pocket knife (I know, but I was like 12 lol) and carved it into a scallop. I liked the feel so I bought a set of files and did the whole neck.

Heres a picture of the Rg321 that I sanded down completely by hand and then added a golden pecan finish to it. Then I added seymour duncan pickups to it, neck is an Alnico pro 2 and bridge is a Custom Custom. Sorry for the glare but I forgot to shut the blinds..

I've posted this here before, my most ghetto modification: Pseudo-AANJ. In the 3rd picture you can see I filed down the upper right part of the heel & didn't bother to re-paint it. I also added a partial 25th fret to the end of the fretboard.
