Pot and switch break in?

Hey all,

Just wanted to know what you all do to give your pots and pickup switch that broken in feel on a strat. I thought liquid graphite might work good but didn't want to try anything until i heard from the jemsiters.

Re: Pot and switch break in?

I was about to post something like this a few days back, and then I forgot. I have a couple of stiff pots on my RG3120, and they are quite annoying because sometimes I have to quickly back off on the volume (especially when using high gain sounds) in breaks, etc. It's not that the pots feel bad, they actually feel like nice quality, but they don't spin fast at all. No amount of use seems to do the trick.

So basically, I also want the the question answered.
