question for swirlers

i don't think this would be giving away any trade secrets
when you swirl a guitar which method of applying paint do you use?

(a)dip body in through paint and back out through paint(doublelayer)

(b)dip body in through paint, blow away paint and make hole in surface,
pull out avoiding second layer

(c)dip in without paint(avoiding 1st layer), apply paint, pull out through paint so it only gets 2nd layer

Thanks

Do you think paint will stick when it has water between it and the primer coat?

You can do this, but I think the results would not be desirable.

This method makes the most sense to me.

This might work, but as mentioned, water between the primer and paint doesn't sound good.
