Check your depths and widths before drilling more.
If your post inserts are 30mm long (as my Gotoh inserts are), and your guitar body thickness is about 45mm, and you are routed to the OFR spec, then if the inserts are flush to the wood, they will be penetrating into the body past the top of
spring cavity by more than 10mm!
Check it out (routing specs from
www.floydrose.com):

You will notice the wood thickness here above the top of the spring cavity route is 18-19mm; your post inserts are 30mm long... arithmetic never lies.
If the posts are positioned so they are not going into the spring cavity, probably no problem. (Depends how wide the spring cavity is routed.)
Measure twice, cut once is still the rule.
Edit: Given your inserts are probably already deep enough into the body that they would already be below the top of the spring cavity route if that was going to be a problem, you are probably clear to drill down an extra 5mm or so. Measuring is always still a good idea... you really don't want to come through the back accidently by drilling too deeply!
