repainting my guitar

I just bought an Ibanez RG 1527 and it's pink. I have nothing against this color, but a pink guitar doesn't suit me right now. I'm not very familiar with painting the instruments. Can You help me and give me some detailed information about how to do it? What kind of paint should I use, should I remove the previous paint or not, if so how to do that and not damage the body? Thanks in advance!

I would like to see it too. Somebody painted it aftermarket before you got it right?

Hey

Frankly speaking I have no idea how did it look like originally. I bought it on an auction and actually it hasn't arrived yet. The guy just wrote that it's a "relatively rare" model, whatever it means. For now I got just one picture of not too good quality. When it arrives I'll take some more pix and post them on the forum so that everybody could see, ok?
