revamping an old RT..pickguard, pickups etc etc

I have a old RT150 and im redoing everything.
Im looking around the net for a pickguard and RT's are hard to come by.
Ive looked closely at my guitar and RG550's among others and they look the exact same. I dont see any difference in screw patterns, toggle switch locations, contours or anything.

I did read the other post in this forum. The guy that bought a pickguard and 8 of the 10 holes were off.
Im very mechanically inclined. I would have no worries drilling or filling holes to make it look right.

See a problem with ordering an RG guard for a RT guitar????

the cutout around the bridge will be a little wide for the trem. Otherwise it should be okay. WD will match a pickguard so if you have the old one, you can send it to them and they will duplicate it in whatever material you want.
