RG series tuner/machine head replacement

Looking to replace the tuners on my RG series. Not looking for locking tuners because I have a locking nut. Any suggestions? I don't care if they're black or chrome....I just don't want to have to drill holes....

But don't those require drilling a hole?

Re: RG series tuner/machine head replacement

the stock tuners should also be gotoh

what model is your guitar?
if its a rg 3xx then i´m not sure, if we´re talking prestige then the stock tuners are gotoh

Re: RG series tuner/machine head replacement

Those are likely the PING tuners that are screwless(on all the Korean models). I would stick with the same style unless you don't mind drilling the holes for the screw tab on the better Gotoh tuners. With a locking nut, there's not much point in changing unless you just want a different color or some are damaged. Plenty of these on the bay. I have a set of chrome ones in my guitar bench. If Chrome is what you want, shoot me an email.
