I need to replace the 3 way synth/guitar toggle switch on an RG1520G. This switch is soldered to a monolithic circuit board which interfaces the piezo bridge to the 13 pin GK output and as such is very difficult to access. Does anyone have experience with this procedure? Hochino techs were not able to get it right. Any suggestions?

It's the instructions for the roland GK kit which I've installed in an RG, I know the kit uses a magnetic pickup and the 1520 uses piezos, but the circuit and switch may be similar if not the same.
