RG7620 Neck on UV style body ?

hey people,

I am planning top buy a UV body from ATD. I have a RG7620 and i am wondering If i can put my RG neck on that guitar?
can i use the toggle switch and tremolo from RG ?
i am thinking of getting a new Set of pups for the guitar. TZ7, NORTON7 and duon't know which single coil i'll buy..

also..where can i buy custom colored Dimarzio pickups ? (black pups on PMC body WILL look like crap)

what difference will ALDER and BASSWOOD body make with the pickups i have chosen?
also i think my RG is a 99 model.

I suspect that it will but I would suggest that you confirm this with the supplier of the body.

Your RG7620 should already have DiMarzio's in it. You most cost effective option would be to get bobbin toppers from Universaljems.com and while you are there, check out the single coil 7 options.

I suspect your body is basswood but you can confirm this by looking up the specs here on jemsite. Difference between alder and basswood with regards to your pup combo, not alot I suspect.
