Rga121 pickup install help
Hello All,
I have decided to install a set of Tom anderson (H3,H1)pups in my Rga121NTF I heard that they sound good split as well, so i'm thinking (for some add'l tonal versatility) of replacing both (vol and tone)pots with push/pulls so i can split/select the coils ...question is which pots? would (CTS 500K, audio taper push pull) be correct? or do i need linear? should I keep the five way switch in there or replace with 3-way lever? What's your opinion? Do you have any experience with an RG or RGA similarly wired up? If so, any diagrams or links? I'm an electronics Tech, so the work should be relatively simple.
