Right Size nut?


so im orderinga new nut for a friends 2004 rg370 with an edge pro 2 (rear mount) i found one on this site

about 1/2 way down page its the "FLOYD LOCKNUTS CHROME BLACK OR GOLD BOTTOM FIXING with allan key" 43mm one

just wondering if all rear mount floyd nuts have the same mount screw spacing ibanez jackson etc i know the nut has to be 43mm but the two mounting screws at the back im talking about if theyre one fits all ill order that one

no, they don't all have the same rear mounting hole locations. close, but not exact. you may need to open the holes on the neck just a tad, or how bout ordering a genuine ibanez nut?

Just order a geniune Ibanez one, trust me it's easier in the long run

a real ibanez nut weill take years to get to ireland the music shops here suck they wont even order parts even though theyre an "authorised ibanez dealer" theyre excuse is itll take too long

Check out evilbay then, they are a relatively common find there. You should be able to find a decent condition used one there.
