Roadstar RS530TR

I have an older RS530 with the pro rock r tremolo. I have had nothing but tuning problems with it and am wondering if there are replacement options, or maybe should I just block it. Maybe a Kahler ???? or are there just no options.

Any help anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated!!
